Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy:

If you wish to exchange or return a product, please contact us first.

The customer has the right to return a product within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition without any alterations. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, and the product cost will be refunded within 7 business days.

The customer may exchange a product for another before the shipment is sent. After the shipment has been dispatched, exchanges are allowed within 7 business days, with the customer covering full shipping costs and any difference in product price, if applicable.

If the product is defective or does not match the specifications provided at the time of purchase, the customer is entitled to exchange or return it within 7 days, with the store covering all shipping costs.

Discounted and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective. See Article 4 of the Return and Exchange Policies.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Returns are not accepted after 3 days from the date of receipt, and exchanges are not accepted after 7 days.
• If the product's original condition (factory packaging) has been altered for any reason.
• Products made to order according to customer specifications.
